Non-Refundable Booking Amount
Any booking amount or advance payment made by the client is strictly non-refundable.
Order Cancellation and Credit Note Issuance
In the event that a client wishes to cancel their order or change their mind for any reason, the company will issue a credit note of equal value.
Credit Note Usage
The credit note may be used by the client or their acquaintances to purchase any range of Flybed Products within 45 days from the date of cancellation.
